New Event on Northeastern U.S. Calendar.
Winter Rally New York Rallysprint (January 21) will be an important addition to the northeastern U.S. calendar. It will consist of three runs in each direction on a single 4.5-mile special stage, on snow and gravel, for a total of 27 competitive miles.

Timing of the event will allow two drivers to share a car, if desired. If this event is popular, it may lead to a Winter Rally New York in 2007.
