"Following the recent Chelmsford Motor Club stage rally at MOD Woodbridge it is with regret that I must announce that Chelmsford Motor Club will not be able to use the venue for the foreseeable future.

Subsequent to an incident that resulted in damage to a security fence, the base commander has decided that he no longer wishes to allow Chelmsford Motor Club to use MOD Woodbridge.

This does not affect the use of MOD Woodbridge by other motor clubs."
